We provide two training services for our users. The first one is on-site training at the factory, and the second one is on-site training at the user's site. Each training session lasts for no less than 5 days. The training content includes: safety operation precautions, equipment operation and maintenance (including vacuum system, electrical control system, software control system, sputtering target system, etc.), process programming, replacement of vulnerable parts, and handling of common faults. With the aim of training personnel to independently operate equipment and handle simple problems, the training time can be extended depending on the user's needs.
