Warranty Policy

1. Free warranty commitment
   During the warranty period, our company is responsible for repairing and resolving any malfunctions caused by the quality of the equipment itself, except for human factors such as failure to operate, maintain, or change the structure of the equipment or components without consent, in accordance with the equipment manual. No fees will be charged.

2. Lifetime technical support
Our company promises to provide lifelong technical support for user devices, including equipment repair, maintenance, equipment relocation, renovation and upgrading, spare parts, consumables, etc.

3. Warranty period: Three years warranty (from one out of three)
