LNDUSTRIES > All-solid-state thin-film lithium batteries.

All-solid-state thin-film lithium batteries.

1. Enhance electrode stability: The Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) technology can deposit a uniform buffer layer on the surface of the electrode, improving the interfacial compatibility between the electrode and the solid-state electrolyte.

2. High-quality thin films: The PVD technology is capable of preparing high-quality solid-state electrolyte thin films at low temperatures, avoiding the problems that might be caused by high-temperature treatment in traditional preparation methods.

3. Encapsulation materials: During the encapsulation process of solid-state batteries, the PVD technology can deposit a thin film material with good density, such as metal or ceramic thin films, to prevent external factors like moisture and oxygen from affecting the battery performance and improve the safety and stability of the battery.

4. The products of Powerttech are applied to the preparation of coatings for solid-state batteries.
