Ceramic Substrate
1. Improving Conductivity and Thermal Conductivity: The PVD technology deposits metal thin films, such as copper, silver, and aluminum, on the surface of the ceramic substrate, which can form a conductive layer, enabling the ceramic substrate to effectively conduct electric current and heat.
2. Strengthening Bonding Force: The PVD technology can enable a strong bonding force to be formed between the metal thin film and the ceramic substrate, ensuring that the film is not prone to falling off or peeling during long-term use.
3. Filtering Function: The PVD technology is used in the metallization process of ceramic filters to deposit a dense metal film layer on the surface of the ceramic matrix, realizing the signal transmission and filtering functions of the filters.
4. The products of POWERTECH are applied to the preparation of PVD coatings on ceramic substrates.
