1. Wear resistance: The Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) technology can effectively enhance the wear resistance of cutting tools, improve cutting performance and processing efficiency, and thus reduce production costs.

2. Low friction coefficient: The surface of the coating is smooth with a small friction coefficient, which can effectively reduce cutting forces and heat, and improve machining accuracy and surface quality.

3. High temperature resistance: The content of aluminum in the coating is further increased, so the antioxidant performance of the coating is improved. The maximum heat-resistant temperature can reach 1000 °C, making it suitable for high-load working environments.

4. The products of Powertech are applied to the preparation of PVD coatings for industrial molds and dies.
